This website is operated by the Balkan eCommerce Alliance (BECA), a regional network of e-commerce associations from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Serbia. What information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical data:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through server logs, security tools and Google Analytics.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your inquiries, send you the BECA newsletter if you subscribed, understand how the website is used so we can improve it, and protect the website against spam and attacks. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
