Working Groups
Communication and Visibility
The Communication & Visibility Working Group is dedicated to enhancing BECA's presence and impact across the region. With a focus on brand identity, communication strategies, and collaborative efforts, this group aims to create a strong and recognizable BECA brand.
By coordinating communication across social media, websites, and external channels, the group ensures that BECA’s vision and initiatives are effectively shared with both regional and global audiences, driving greater visibility and engagement.
Public-Private Dialogue
The Public-Private Dialogue Working Group plays a vital role in fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote a more favorable eCommerce environment across the Balkans.
This group works to harmonize policies, facilitate cross-border trade, and engage with key stakeholders to address regulatory challenges. By advocating for eCommerce-friendly reforms and aligning efforts with EU standards, the group seeks to unlock new opportunities and drive growth in the regional eCommerce landscape.
The Regional Trust Mark
The Regional Trust Mark Working Group focuses on enhancing consumer trust and promoting best practices in e-commerce across the region. By overseeing the development, implementation, and promotion of the Regional Trust Mark, the group ensures that e-sellers meet strict criteria for transparency and reliability.
This initiative not only strengthens consumer confidence but also provides a valuable service to businesses, creating new revenue opportunities for BECA while elevating the standards of e-commerce in the region.
